China Europe Digital Trade Week Online Series Meeting-Medical Supplies successfully held on November 2, which sponsored by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, undertaken by the China Association for Trade in Services and China Chamber of International Commerce, and supported by Chamber of Commerce Exporters and Importers(IGEI). More than 60 enterprises from Hunan Province conducted matchmaking discussions through a combination of online and offline methods, and reached multiple cooperation intentions, which promoted practical cooperation between Hunan Province and Central European countries in the economic and trade field.

As one of the important activities of the 2020 China Europe International Trade Digital Expo, this meeting is the second online negotiation event for Chinese and foreign enterprises with the theme of “How to Export Medical Supplies Effectively” since the outbreak of virus.More than 30 buyers from CEE countries and Western Europe countries like Germany,Russia,France,Italy,Spain, Latvia,Ukraine and more than 60 medical companies, mainly from Hunan Province, gathered online and make 1V1 conversation on masks, protective clothing, protective caps, goggles, medical equipment and other products. For the precise matchmaking, more than 200 online negotiations were conducted, reaching more than 300 simultaneous online viewings.
During the meeting, Chinese suppliers showed their products by PPT presentations, product display, photos,etc. Both sides made conversations regarding to raw materials, expiry date, production qualifications, certifications and prices. Although separated by the screen, the two parties talked very happily, and there will be further contacts and negotiations.
During the exhibition, more targeted “cloud talks” and “cloud docking” events will also be organized to realize the “matching supply and demand” of product production capacity and help domestic enterprises open up the international market on the basis of good epidemic prevention and control.
